No one throws a party like Minnehaha Country Club. We celebrate holidays and special events with our members’ enjoyment in mind. Everything from the decorations to the food to entertainment is planned to create memorable moments throughout the year. Whether it’s a holiday or simply an opportunity to gather with friends and family, we give you a reason to celebrate at your ‘home away from home.’

Here is just a sampling of events we bring to our members:

• New Year’s Eve is a family event, including a children’s party in the Player’s Grill with a New Year’s Celebration at 8:00 p.m. Dinner and dancing are also available in the upstairs dining rooms all night long.

• A Princess Brunch let’s you treat your special loved ones for Valentine’s Day.

• At Easter, children can have lunch with the Easter bunny and take part in the annual Easter Egg Hunt. Enjoy the delectable Easter Sunday buffet.

• Mothers receive the royal treatment at our Mother’s Day Brunch.

• July 4th finds members enjoying grilled foods poolside and everyone taking part in the Big Splash contest and other pool games.

• October is when we celebrate sea food at  Joe’s Crab Fest, the buffet features sea food, hors d’oeuvres, wine tasting, and entertainment is a live band for everyone’s pleasure.

• Don’t get spooked in October, bring the goblins, kids and entire family to the Halloween brunch and haunted house, a great time for the kids and the kid at heart.

• Family holiday traditions include bringing the kids to the club for the annual Santa Send Off in December. The event includes crafts, food for the kids, and a chance to meet Santa and escort him to his sleigh.

• The third Friday of each month enjoy Wine and Jazz in Windows with live entertainment and wine tasting.
